On arrival our Engineer found that the unit was not heating up, on further investigation our engineer found that the off peak relay and base had burnt out and was not sending power to the off peak immersion. Our engineer explained the issue to Miss L and also explained how the PulsaCoil A-Class functions. Our engineer also checked over the unit to ensure it was working correctly and set up the most efficient heating times for the unit.
