Mrs K called The Plumbing Group Limited out to repair their PulsaCoil A-Class as it was no longer heating up and required an engineers visit. On arrival our Engineer found that the cylinder was split and required a replacement. Our engineer was able to perform a temporary repair for Mrs K to give her hot water until her replacement arrived for installation.
Below you will find images of the old PulsaCoil A-Class and also the new replacement Fabdec ThermaCoil replacement. The installation was carried out in under four hours and the old unit was removed and ethically disposed of.
Mrs K opted for a ThermaCoil replacement option over the new PulsaCoil PCS. The Thermacoil is a far less complicated system, the electronic hot water delivery system found within a PulsaCoil includes a Printed Circuit Board, Pump, Sensors and Relays.
The ThermaCoil has replaced the electronic delivery components with a single mechanical blending valve, for the user of the system it is no different but for long term maintenance it is much simpler.
