On arrival our Engineer found that the unit was not heating up, on further investigation our engineer found that the overheat sensor had failed and was not allowing the unit to heat up. Our engineer explained the issue to Mr H and showed him how the unit functions and also carried out other tests to ensure the unit is working correctly.

Below you will find images of the new and old overheat sensor in the PulsaCoil A-Class. The repair was carried out within 1 hour and Mr H was extremely happy to have hot water later on that evening.
