Miss H contacted The Plumbing Group Limited as her PulsaCoil A-Class was not working. On arrival our Engineer found that the unit was not heating up, on further investigation our engineer found that the overheat sensor had failed and was not allowing the unit to heat up, also the on peak relay failed. Our engineer explained the issue to Miss H and showed her how the unit functions and also carried out other tests to ensure the unit is working correctly.

Below you will find images of the new and old overheat sensor and also the on peak relay in the PulsaCoil A-Class. The repair was carried out within 1 hour and Miss H was extremely happy to have hot water later on that evening.
