Miss H first called The Plumbing Group when she began experiencing some issues with her PulsaCoil A Class. An engineer was able to get out to her property on the same day to take a look at the boiler.
Once an engineer had arrived, he completed a thorough check of the unit. He found that the problem was with the overheat sensor. It had failed, as a result of the failure it was not allowing the unit to heat-up. He also found that the on-peak relay and failed and had burnt out the cabling.
The engineer replaced the overheat sensor. Then he replaced the relay and the damaged wiring in order to repair the unit for Miss H. Following the repair our engineer then carried out further tests to ensure that everything was working correctly. The engineer made sure to keep Miss H fully informed during this process.
The repair was carried out within 1 hour and Miss H was extremely happy to have hot water later on that evening.
