Regents Park Road, NW1 8AD, PulsaCoil A-Class Repair Case Study
Miss C contacted The Plumbing Group Limited as her PulsaCoil A-Class was not working. On arrival our engineer found that the unit was not heating up as it should be. After a further investigation it was found that both the relays had burnt out.
In order to fix this, both the relays had to be removed and replaced with new ones. Miss C had the option of having the same relays as her replacement or having an upgraded version. Miss decided to go for the upgraded version. Our engineers always carry all parts and spares that they may need with them. This meant he was able to complete the repair job there and then.
Once this had been done the engineer checked over the boiler again. This was to make sure that there were no other issues that had been missed. When he was happy that everything was working as it should be, he showed Miss C how her unit worked. He also gave her some advice on checks she could do herself to keep things running smoothly. For example, checking that the header tank is full or how to refill it if need be.
The repair was carried out within 1 hour and Miss C was extremely happy to have hot water later on that evening.
